What’s included?

With our staging package, we’ll provide our service on any home no matter what the condition or size.

We realize most agents don’t want to worry about leased furniture, and homeowners feel more relaxed if they can just reorganize the items they already have. Our service utilizes what’s already in the home to reorganize and redecorate without having to bring in or buy any other items.

We’ll provide two hours of service where we complete a detailed report on each room, as well as hands-on assistance of redecorating one room while we’re there.

The detailed report is sent to the agent and the customer. This report includes a frontyard and backyard examination with suggestions, as well as what to remove, keep, clean, accent, repair, or rearrange inside the home.
